Having chosen Dave to be my selling agent was the best decision I ever made!!! I sold my home in less than 48 hours and for more than asking price.

My previous agent, whom I had bought the home through, didn't seem up to date with the market and didn't have a plan, and suggested a lower price than I had expected, so I asked a friend for a referral.
